RIB STEAK from old Simmental cow…79€/kg
Cows over 5 years old, from one of the best European breeds, these are selected for their highest quality. We dry age the meat for at least 2 months and serve the rib steak grilled over holm oak charcoal, served with French fries.
We put a stone of pink salt from the Himalayas at 250ºC in the center of the table so that each diner can finish searing the meat to their liking.
